EITC Key Communication Messages

We tweaked our key messages for the 2013 filing season. The messages center on being one of those eligible workers who get this important boost to his or her income. Also, the credit is a benefit to not only the worker, but the worker's family, and to the community. We also added a message with a direct call to action that clarifies EITC is not a handout, but a benefit resulting from work.

Four of five eligible workers claim and get their EITC.  Don't miss out; see if you qualify at www.irs.gov/eitc
